There was a big fight, did it get physical? Just emotional? A little of both? Was your character simply an observor, or were they involved in the fighting? If your character gets into a lot of fights, have this one be with someone/something they have never fought with before (ie if they are always fighting bad guys/monsters/etc have them observe or get into a fight with their best friend or something). Now it's after the fight, have your character write about it in their journal.
